Alright so I got around to doing Cal! I'm really pleased with the result, but I think I'll still probably come back and revisit this and adjust some things - started off as a semi speed painting but I ended up putting tons of details in (like wow look at those eyes tho ;-; ) I think I'll revisit it when I've done a few other characters (long story short I'm kind of tired of looking at the different stages of Cal -- i already have like 8 different versions before deciding on this one LOL ) ANYWAY.
This is how I interpreted Tiberias "Cal" Calore from Victoria Aveyard's Red Queen/Glass Sword! 
Also, special thanks to littlewillow-art for the idea of the training suit for him to wear ;D (its not exactly the training suit I had imagined, BUT ITS A SHIRT AND THATS A START)
